Custom Exteriors has operated out of the same location in Pleasanton for nearly 30 years. In that time, we've completed over 30,000 projects across the East Bay. Everyone who represents this company, from the field to the showroom to the tradeshows and events, is a Custom Exteriors employee. We don't outsource the work or the people.
We've been at the same address in Pleasanton since 1997. Some of the people on our team have been here almost as long. Many of our installers and staff have built careers here. That kind of tenure doesn't happen at companies that treat their people as interchangeable. It happens when the work is steady, the standards are consistent, and the company is going to be around long enough to matter.

Custom Exteriors is looking for outgoing Brand Ambassadors to represent us inside retail partner locations and at local events across the East Bay. No hard selling. No closing scripts. Just real conversations with homeowners.
Locations in Pleasanton, Livermore, Danville, Concord, Brentwood, Antioch, Hayward, Richmond, and San Leandro.
You'll work at warehouse locations, partner locations and at home shows, community events, and seasonal promotions across the East Bay. Your goal: connect with homeowners, answer basic questions about windows, doors, and siding, and book free consultations with our design team. Everything else is taught in training.
The base rate is $20 per hour, with performance bonuses on top. Top performers consistently land between $25 and $40 per hour based on appointments set. Full-time and part-time schedules are both available. Training is paid, and no prior experience is required before your first shift. You'll also be working inside established partner locations with steady foot traffic, so you're starting conversations with people who are already there. You are not cold prospecting.
The role suits people who are genuinely outgoing, comfortable striking up a conversation with someone they've never met and keeping it natural. Beyond that, we're looking for reliability, a positive attitude, and a willingness to stay on your feet for a shift. A background in retail, hospitality, fitness, or customer service translates well, but it isn't a requirement. If you show up prepared and bring the right energy, we'll teach you everything else.
