A door that isn't plumb, level, and properly sealed will stick, leak, and fail to lock fully, no matter how well it's built. Our installers flash, seal, and test every door to protect both the door and the wall around it.
Retrofit or full-frame installation
Many Tri-Valley homes have stucco exteriors. A retrofit installation fits the new door into the existing frame without cutting back stucco. A full-frame installation removes the old frame down to the rough opening, so we can repair hidden damage or change the door size or style. We recommend a method after we inspect your opening.
Lead-safe work on older homes
We are EPA Lead-Safe RRP Certified, so homes built before 1978 are handled to federal lead-safe work practices.
